Bummis Beautiful Basic kit - small

Brilliant gift box for new mums-to-be or for cloth nappy addicts alike - three nappy changes in one box!

This is a fantastic addition to the Bummis range, taking the guesswork out of cloth nappies. This nifty box contains three organic cotton prefolds, one Super Whisper wrap and detailed instructions so you know exactly how to pre-wash, use and care for your nappies.

The small size contains three small prefolds and one small wrap, all to fit a baby 8-15lbs/4-7kg.

Made of 100% certified organic cotton twill, the prefolds are wonderfully thick and thirsty. They come in a gorgeous unbleached colour and are incredibly soft. And the more you wash them, the softer they become!

Pre-folds are simple to use and require minimal folding. They are stitched into 3 sections, with the middle section being the thickest with 8 layers of cotton. See here for folding instructions or watch our video.

Add some regular Bummis Bio-soft disposable liners for day and some Bummis fleece liners for night and you're ready to go.

Care instructions

These prefolds should be washed and dried 3-5 times before use to remove the natural oils and waxes. Expect shrinkage of about 20-25% after completing the pre-washes.

Wash and dry this wrap at normal temperatures in the washing machine and dryer (if required). Rinse well. Don’t use fabric conditioners, chlorine bleach or any other whitening agents. 

We ship these organic cotton nappies direct from Pakistan. Bummis is working with the manufacturers to obtain SA8000 social accountabillity certification.

The wraps are made at the Bummis factory in Montreal, Canada, so be assured of good quality and fair labour practices. The fabrics and components in the wrap are all sourced in North America and guaranteed to be lead, phthalate and BPA free.
